In 1995, she took a bold leap into entrepreneurship by founding Niche Corporate Communications, one of the first specialized PR firms in Sri Lanka. Just three years later, in 1998, she launched Satyn, an English-language women’s lifestyle magazine that quickly became a trusted platform for women across the country. What began as a print magazine has since evolved into Satynmag.com, a thriving digital platform that champions women’s voices, success stories, and professional development through empowering content, mentorship, and community-led initiatives.
Nayomini is more than a journalist and businesswoman—she’s a mentor, speaker, and passionate advocate for women’s rights and entrepreneurship. Through her columns, masterclasses, and community projects, she continues to share valuable insights with the next generation of changemakers.
